Identifying potential CDEs, tax credit investors, leverage lenders, and other capital sources (e.g. USDA, grants, PACE, and other sources)
Sourcing and securing NMTC allocation
Preparing community impact analyses and in-depth assessment of community outcomes, including NMTC allocation request memorandums and other financing packages to market the project to potential NMTC investors, CDEs, debt partners and other stakeholders
Preparing financial projections and benefit analysis
Structuring and underwriting NMTC investments
Sourcing and securing non-tax credit equity and debt
Managing the entire transaction closing process, including coordination of due diligence, third party professionals, documentation and real estate requirements, and funds flow
Providing post-closing support during the NMTC compliance period
